My Ph.D. project focuses on mechanisms of exposure to natural stressors and contaminants on soil invertebrates. My research experience was in a systematic analysis of biological responses to abiotic stresses. What I am concentrating on is to analyze in physiological/molecular mechanisms of invertebrates to natural stressors. For instance, the multiple-level response of worms (Enchytraeidae, Oligochaeta) to the freezing treatment. Furthermore, I will contribute to investigating detoxification mechanisms involved in toxicokinetics/toxicodynamics.
