My research aims to improve soil health by studying plant and soil-associated microbes. I study microbial diversity, and interactions, focusing on bacteria, fungi, protists, and viruses in soil and plants. In my research, I employ tools such as DNA and RNA sequencing, quantitative PCR, and microscopy to investigate how microbes' influence on soil health and agricultural practices. My goal is to expand our understanding of microbial ecology and the function of microbial communities in soil.
